​Tickets are returned at the place of purchase:

• If you bought tickets for redkassa.ru, kassir.ru, please contact these ticket agencies;

• If you have purchased tickets at group prices from partners (not on the LSF website), please contact the partners;

• If you bought a ticket on the website latinstarsfactory.com, then for a refund you need:

a) Fill out the ticket refund application form and sign it.

b) Send a scanned copy of the signed application, e-ticket and receipt to the address info@latinstarsfactory.com

c) Within 10 working days after receiving the application, the Latin Stars Factory team reviews it and decides on the return of the ticket.

d) In case of a positive decision, the Latin Stars Factory team transfers the funds to the same current account from which the payment was made.​

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020. No. 830 “On Amendments to the Regulation on the Specifics of Cancellation, Replacement or Transfer of a Performance Event Held by a Performing Arts Organization or a Museum, including in terms of the procedure and terms of Reimbursement of the cost of tickets, Season Tickets and Excursion vouchers for such events, in the event of a threat and (or) the occurrence of individual emergencies, the introduction of a high-alert mode or an emergency situation on the entire Territory of the Russian Federation or on its part”, the following features of cancellation, replacement or transfer are established:

If the event is canceled:

Refund of the ticket price in case of cancellation of a spectacular event, in connection with the introduction of high-alert modes or an emergency situation is carried out to the visitor on his initiative no later than 180 days from the date of the visitor’s request for a refund of the ticket price.

At the same time, if the day of the user’s request fell on the time when the specified modes were in effect, then 180 days are counted from the first working day after the cancellation of the corresponding modes.

​If the event is postponed:

If you reschedule a spectacular event, the previously purchased ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds for such events are not made. Paragraphs 3.1 and 4 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 830 of June 6, 2020 cancel the customer’s right to a refund for tickets to events postponed due to the introduction of a high-alert mode in the region.

​In accordance with Part 19 of Article 52.1 of the “Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture” (approved by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on 09.10.1992 N 3612-1), the Government of the Russian Federation has the right to establish the specifics of canceling, replacing or postponing a spectacular event, including in terms of the procedure and terms for reimbursing the cost of tickets for events.

​In other cases (not related to the threat of occurrence and (or) the occurrence of individual emergencies, the introduction of a high-alert mode or an emergency situation on the entire territory of the Russian Federation or on its part) in relation to cultural and entertainment events, Article 52.1. of the Law of the Russian Federation “Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture” (approved by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on 09.10.1992 No. 3612) (ed. 18.07.2019), the amount to be refunded is determined depending on the period of application:

– no later than 10 days before the event refund-100% of the ticket price;

– less than 10 days in advance, but no later than 5 days in advance-50% of the ticket price;

– less than 5 days in advance, but not later than 3 days in advance-30% of the ticket price;

– less than 3 days – 0%;

– tickets purchased with a discount will not be refunded.

​The deadline for consideration of applications is in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

​The return period may be extended due to the prolonged self-isolation regime associated with measures taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

​The service fee /shipping cost is non-refundable.
